It snowed here today. In Georgia. On March 24th.
As good a day as any, I suppose, to link to the Heritage Foundation. I’ve never done that before…it makes me feel kind of dirty. This, though, is too good to pass up:
So essentially, on March 20, the General Electric Company underwrote an hour long infomercial for Barack Obama and the Democratic Party.
Olbermann. The guy the netroots hail as their present-day Edward R. Murrow. Oh, the irony. Of course, his ratings are doomed anyhow, according to a pretty smart fellow I know.
And what would Barack Obama say about this evil corporation granting him such a wonderful in kind contribution? Will anyone ask him?
Don’t hold your breath. Populism has its limits, after all, right?

Half of Olbermann’s audience would probably fit in a mini-van.
Jimbo – I think there would still be 2 seats left.
Does anyone watch that guy?
Nutroots do. And they worship the ground he walks on. If you want to see what they’re currently touching themselves over, just go to the Crooks and Liars blog on pretty much any day. They’ll also put up any video of Jon Stewart where he says something funny or pointed about anyone on the right.
I remember when Olberman was a laughable sports reporter for a local Los Angeles TV station (KTLA).
The genre may have changed, but the laughter remains.
